Mirai Bay's organizational chart is divided into five main business functions: Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Within Operations, our departments coexist: Growth, Studio, Tech and Academy, each of which is led by a manager who reports directly to the COO, ensuring a clear and rapid flow of communication.
Our structure is designed to foster collaboration and optimize operational efficiency, ensuring that each department contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives.
At Mirai we have adopted a hybrid work model: you will work partly in smart working and partly in presence inside Mirhouse. What is Mirhouse? Our loft-office equipped with every comfort: workstations, wifi, kitchen, coffee, different relaxation areas and even office-pong!
Only 5% of candidates manage to enter MIRAI BAY. To protect and cultivate this DNA of excellence, we believe it is right to recognize the right economic compensation, based on skills, level of experience, but above all on merit and commitment, providing important bonuses based on results.
