A structure that drives success
Mirai Bay's organizational chart is divided into five main business functions: Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Within Operations, our departments coexist: Growth, Studio, Tech and Academy, each of which is led by a manager who reports directly to the COO, ensuring a clear and rapid flow of communication.
Our structure is designed to foster collaboration and optimize operational efficiency, ensuring that each department contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives.

At Mirai we have adopted a hybrid work model: you will work partly in smart working and partly in presence inside Mirhouse. What is Mirhouse? Our loft-office equipped with every comfort: workstations, wifi, kitchen, coffee, different relaxation areas and even office-pong!

The party continues outside Mirhouse. We work as a team but we love each other like a family! By entering MIRAI BAY you can participate in Mirai Summer initiatives (working from Puglia with a sea view), monthly happy hours, sports challenges, welfare and dinners for all tastes.
When a resource stops collaborating, Mirai Bay remains available to provide the resources needed to achieve success.
